I can't believe your mom was one of those people who brings a baby to the movies. Didn't she foresee that they would be re-released in theaters in the 90s?
What's even worse is that I have 2 older brothers. Which means my mom went to the movies with infant me, a 2-year-old and a 3-year old. We were probably the most hated people there.
Maybe she just realized that the movies were AWESOME and her kids HAD to see them. And I doubt your family was the only one to bring small children.
Cool list, now I shall post my own!
First Movie I remember seeing in theaters: Back to the future.
First cassette: don't know if I ever had any real ones. I had a bunch of recorded tapes, it was probably a Sesame Street sing along or something.
First CD: Wimoweh by the Tokens or Big Audio Dynamite's The Globe. Don't judge me.
